  Payment and cancellation policy
   
  A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm a reservation, and 100% is required if booked online. Visa or Mastercard is accepted. The deposit is refundable if a notice of cancellation is received at least 21 days before the date of arrival, less a fee of $50. If the reservation is cancelled less than 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit is non refundable. Full payment is required by November 25 for the rental period Dec 21 to Jan 3. Please note that there are no reimbursements for late arrivals, early departures or other services otherwise missed.
   
  The final payment will be taken on the same credit card as the 50% initial deposit 7 days before the date of arrival. For all reservations made for the high season (Dec. 21 to Jan. 3), the final payment must be received by November 25th.
   
  Security Deposit
   
  As the condominiums are privately owned, a security deposit of $500 is required. The deposit will be taken on the same card as the 50% initial deposit on the scheduled day of arrival. The deposit will be returned 48 hours after departure, less any fees, damages or unpaid long-distance calls. In the event any damages exceed the $500 deposit, the balance will be taken from the credit card.
